SMHA Clothing Order

We will be accepting clothing order from Tuesday, October 22nd- Wednesday, october 30th. 
The SMHA clothing options are at the bottom of the post in a pdf version and a screen shot of pdf
 
PROCESS FOR ORDERING
  1. Email miickey1@hotmail.com (please note two i's)- please  list your items clearly in this email
  2. Payment can be sent to the same email address- make password hockey
  3. Credit Card can be used so please also include that in the email 
  4. Include the PLAYER NAME and PLAYER LEVEL (team) in the email. These will be printed and attached to the order when it arrives. 
  5. NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ALL THE INFO ABOVE AND PAYMENT MADE
  6. Sizes are available at Colbournes if needed
