SMHA will be offering a checking clinic Sept 21st from 2-5pm. You must register by emailing smhapres@eastlink.ca with player name and HCR number. Spaces will be provided to those that have not participated in prior checking clinic first. If you participated in the SMHA Conditioning camp the fee is included. If not, the fee is $40.00. U9 (2016 & 2017 Birth Year)

Group A (Last Name A-K): Monday @ 5 PM & Saturday @ 10 AM

Group B (Last Name L-Z): Friday @ 5 PM & Sunday @ 10 AM

U11 (2014 & 2015 Birth Year)

Group A (Last Name A-K): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 5 PM

Group B (Last Name L-Z): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 6 PM

U13 (2012 & 2013 Birth Year)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 7 PM

U15 (2010 & 2011 Birth Year)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 8 PM

Due to high demand in the U9 and U11 age groups, we will have two groups: Group A for players with last names beginning with A through K, and Group B for players with last names beginning with L through Z.

All SMHA Conditioning Camp sessions will take place at Membertou Sport and Wellness Centre.
