SMHA will be offering a checking clinic Sept 21st from 2-5pm. You must register by emailing smhapres@eastlink.ca with player name and HCR number. Spaces will be provided to those that have not participated in prior checking clinic first. If you participated in the SMHA Conditioning camp the fee is included. If not, the fee is $40.00. It’s that time of year again - now that 2024 Conditioning Camp is underway we have opened end up regular season registration last week online however here is the link. You must create a Grayjay pay account. For new players you have to create a HCR number through the Spordle and then register through Grayjay. You can pay through Credit card there or still continue to pay through etransfer or in person September 12th 5:30- 7:30PM where we will also have the 50-50 tickets available for pick up. Welcome back and welcome to the new kids and parents!!

• Dates: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for the next 4 weeks (starting next week on Tuesday Sept 10th)
• Time: 9:00 PM each night, except for:
  • Wednesday, Sept 11th: 7:00-8:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Oct 1st: 7:15 PM start

Location: Membertou Sport & Wellness Centre
12 sessions in total, running until Thursday, October 3rd.
